Wren Amber items are made to order. Domestic ground orders are typically shipped within 7 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once the order has been processed. Please allow 3-5 days to arrive depending on your location. Please notify us at hello@wrenamber.com if you have any specific shipping or timing requests. If you're missing items or shipments, or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please be sure to ship to a secure location. We are unable to process refunds or re-ship orders once tracking shows delivery confirmation.

RETURNS

Wren Amber is happy to exchange items that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise in new condition with tags! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange authorization. Many Wren Amber styles are limited, so the exact item may not be available.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Wren Amber is not responsible for lost items.
